Return & Refund Policy – True Blue Pets

At True Blue Pets, we want you and your furry mates to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🐾 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

🐾 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

🐾 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


🐾 Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns, however:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

🐾 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened (e.g. certain pet products).


🐾 Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


🐾 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and shipped.
